Hypothesis: some amount of physical labor is satisfying and necessary for children and adults
Possible conclusion: incorporating physical aspects into my mental tasks might increase my satisfaction and ability to focus.
I built a standing desk, which is pretty great. I hear great things about treadmill desks. Walking slowly at 1 mile per hour vs. static standing/seated posture — likely very good for bloodflow and development of musculoskeleture.
